Fussy eating is no fun for parents or children – stressful mealtimes, anxiety about nutrition and unhappy families.  Fussy eating can have many causes and this webinar will take you through what you can do to help your child manage their fussy eating.  With lots of practical tips and advice – and an explanation of what might be going on when a child refuses a food. If fussy eating is causing you and your child serious stress then join us and get some great advice.
The webinar will be delivered by Sarah Keogh RD.  Sarah is a CORU Registered Dietitian with almost 25 years working in fussy eating and child nutrition.  Sarah is an expert in managing fussy eaters, helping families to learn what to do – and what not to do – when it comes to food refusal.  Sarah has worked with children with special needs who often struggle from sensory issues to children who just need a few small changes to eat many more foods. Sarah has appeared on Virgin Media and RTE’s Today Show and can often be heard speaking about fussy eating on Today FM, Newstalk and FM104.  Sarah is a mother of two so she is speaking from personal experience as well as professional.
